This policy is applicable to domestic (Australia) orders. This policy is designed to ensure that you are clearly aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By ordering from this store you accept the policies contained herein.
Shipping Costs
Free Shipping on all Orders
Transit, Handling & Order Cut-Off Time Domestically
- Order handling time is 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Shipments generally are in transit for 3 – 5 days (Monday to Friday).
- Total delivery time: 4–7 business days
- Order cut-off time will be 03:00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time (Sydney)
Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@deleymn.com.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available, please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
Change of Address
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@deleymn.com or call us at +61 483 918 876 within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, we cannot change the shipping address once your order is in transit.
Incorrect address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
